Will buyers hear from me, or from Genluno?
From your brokerage. The first message carries the buyer's first name and your brokerage name, and the AI writes as your brokerage's assistant. It goes out from Genluno's verified WhatsApp Business number, so your personal WhatsApp stays exactly as it is. A dedicated number in your own name isn't available yet.
What if the AI says something wrong?
Its job is narrow on purpose: four questions and a visit slot. The first message never mentions a property. When a buyer asks something only you can answer, like a final price or a floor plan, take over the chat in one tap and the AI goes quiet while you talk.
Could my WhatsApp number get banned?
Your number isn't used at all. Genluno sends through Meta's official WhatsApp Cloud API with Meta-approved first messages, and a buyer who replies STOP is never messaged again.
Do I have to change how I work?
No. Keep listing on your portals as you do today. You add an email forwarding rule for each portal's lead emails, and every lead that lands also gets a WhatsApp reply in about a minute.
What happens to my leads if I stop?
They're yours. Export your leads as a CSV from the dashboard any time, or ask us for a full export or deletion. Plans never auto-charge: if you don't renew, you keep access to the end of the period you paid for.
