Genluno vs a WhatsApp chatbot
Most WhatsApp chatbots wait for someone to message you. Genluno is a WhatsApp AI sales rep for real estate: it works the 99acres, MagicBricks and other portal leads you already paid for, qualifies them, and books the site visit.
| Generic WhatsApp bot | Genluno | |
|---|---|---|
| Lead sources | WhatsApp only | 10 property portals (Meta lead ads and website forms coming soon) |
| First touch | When someone messages you | Outbound first touch in under 60s on a new portal lead |
| Qualification | Optional | Budget, locality, timeline, intent |
| Site visit | Rarely | Books the slot and emails the broker |
| WhatsApp number | Often the broker’s own WABA | Genluno's shared WhatsApp Business number, nothing to set up |
| Reliability | Varies by tool | Sends each buyer one first message (a repeat enquiry is skipped); keeps replying if the AI is down |
FAQ
Genluno vs chatbots: common questions
Is Genluno a WhatsApp chatbot?
No. A chatbot answers people who message you first. Genluno starts the conversation on every new portal lead within about 60 seconds, qualifies budget, locality, timeline and intent, and books the site visit.
Do I need my own WhatsApp Business API number?
No. Messages go out from Genluno's shared official WhatsApp Business number, so there's nothing to set up. On every plan, the first message is an English or Hindi template with the buyer's first name and your brokerage name. A dedicated number isn't available yet.
Is Genluno a real estate CRM?
Genluno is not a CRM you have to feed. It works the leads for you on WhatsApp and gives you a dashboard to see every lead, conversation and booked visit, without manual data entry.
Which lead sources does Genluno support?
The 10 property portals: 99acres, MagicBricks, Housing, NoBroker, Square Yards, PropTiger, RealEstateIndia, Makaan, CommonFloor and Sulekha, all in one pipeline, from the lead emails you forward to Genluno. Meta lead ads and website forms are coming soon.
