Which lead sources can I connect to Genluno?
99acres, MagicBricks, Housing.com, NoBroker, Square Yards, PropTiger, RealEstateIndia, Makaan, CommonFloor and Sulekha, through the lead emails you forward to Genluno. Meta lead ads and website forms are coming soon.
How do portal leads reach Genluno?
Portals email you each new enquiry. You set an email forwarding rule that sends those emails to your brokerage's Genluno address (no mailbox access needed), and Genluno reads the lead and replies on WhatsApp.
What happens if the same buyer enquires on two portals?
Genluno skips the later enquiry from the same buyer, so they never get two first messages.
How many sources are included in my plan?
Every plan works with all 10 supported portals: 99acres, MagicBricks, Housing.com, NoBroker, Square Yards, PropTiger, RealEstateIndia, Makaan, CommonFloor and Sulekha. Meta lead ads and website forms are coming soon.
Do I need my own WhatsApp Business number?
No. Messages go out from Genluno's shared official WhatsApp Business number, so there's nothing to set up. On every plan, the first message is an English or Hindi template with the buyer's first name and your brokerage name. A dedicated number isn't available yet.
