1. Agreement

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Genluno's website, dashboard, and WhatsApp automation (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. For questions, contact email us.

2. The service

Genluno answers inbound real-estate leads over WhatsApp, qualifies them, proposes site-visit slots, and notifies you. Genluno is an assistant tool; it does not act as your broker, agent, or legal representative, and except for the free-month guarantee in section 5A, it does not guarantee that any lead will convert, respond, or complete a visit or transaction.

3. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 and authorised to act for the brokerage you register. You are responsible for the accuracy of your account details, for keeping your login credentials secure, and for all activity under your account.

4. Your responsibilities and lawful use

You are responsible for the leads and content you route through Genluno. In particular, you agree that:

• You have a lawful basis and any required consent to contact each lead on WhatsApp.
• You will comply with Meta's WhatsApp Business Terms and Messaging Policy, and with applicable Indian law including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
• You will not use the Service for spam, harassment, unlawful, misleading, or discriminatory messaging.
• You will honour opt-out requests and will not re-add numbers that have opted out.

5. Fees and billing

Paid plans start at ₹2,999 per month (Solo). Brokerage is ₹6,999 per month and Growth is ₹12,000 per month, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Annual billing is charged at ten months' price (two months free). New accounts get a 5-day free trial that starts as soon as you sign up; no card is required. Each email address and mobile number can start one free trial. Founding 100 prices are set out in section 5A. Plans are paid in advance through Cashfree for one billing period at a time. Plans do not renew or charge automatically, and we do not set up any card mandate or auto-debit: before your billing period ends we will remind you, and you continue by paying for the next period. Genluno is not currently registered under GST, so no GST is charged on these fees.

5A. Founding 100 offer

The Founding 100 offer gives the first 100 brokerages that subscribe to a founding plan a lower monthly price. Founding plans are billed monthly only; annual billing is not available at founding prices.

• Founding prices: Solo ₹2,499 per month, Brokerage ₹4,999 per month and Growth ₹9,999 per month.
• Your founding price is locked for 12 months from your first founding payment. After that, the regular price in section 5 applies.
• The Founding 100 offer closes once 100 paying brokers have signed up.
• There are no overage charges.
• Free-month guarantee (Brokerage and Growth founding plans only): if no site visit is booked through Genluno during your first paid month even though Genluno received 20 or more leads for your account in that month, your next month on the same plan is free. We check this against your account's lead and site-visit records; you can also ask us at email us. The guarantee applies once per brokerage, to the first paid month only, and has no cash value.
• Refunds for founding plans follow section 6.

5B. Referrals

If you refer another brokerage to Genluno and it becomes a paying customer, you get one free month on your current plan for each such brokerage.

• The referred brokerage must be new to Genluno: not an existing or past account, and not your own brokerage or one under common ownership with yours.
• The free month is credited to your next renewal once the referred brokerage's first payment has cleared and it has stayed subscribed past the refund period for that payment (section 6). If that payment is refunded, no free month is given.
• Referral rewards are applied manually. To claim one, email email us with the referred brokerage's name within 60 days of its first payment.
• You can earn up to 12 free months in total. Free months have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for a refund or combined with one, and cannot be transferred.

6. Cancellation and refunds

You may cancel at any time. Because plans do not renew or charge automatically, cancelling simply means you do not pay for another period; your access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for.

Refunds (all plans): if you ask for a refund, we will first offer you 15 extra days of the Service free of charge. If you decline that offer and still wish to cancel, we will refund the unused portion of the fee for your current billing period, calculated pro rata for the days remaining from the date of your request. Refunds are made to the original payment method within 10 business days of your request being confirmed. Please send refund requests to email us from the email address on your account. Nothing in this section limits any right you have under applicable law.

7. Third-party services

The Service depends on third parties including WhatsApp Cloud (Meta), Cashfree, hosting, and AI providers. Their availability and terms are outside our control, and interruptions or changes on their side may affect the Service.

8. AI-generated content

Qualification replies are generated by automated language models and may occasionally be inaccurate or incomplete. You are responsible for reviewing bookings and lead information before acting on them. Genluno does not provide legal, financial, or professional advice.

9. Intellectual property

Genluno and its software, design, and content are owned by us and our licensors. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service during your subscription. You retain ownership of your own data.

10. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

Except for the free-month guarantee in section 5A, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Genluno is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, or for lost leads, revenue, or profits. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid for the Service in the three months before the claim.

11. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms, misuse the Service, or if a third-party provider requires it. You may stop using the Service at any time.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
