- Refunds, on every plan: If you ask for a refund, we first offer you 15 extra days free. If you still want to cancel, we refund the unused part of your fee to your original payment method within 10 business days. Email support@genluno.com to ask.
- Founding 100 on Brokerage or Growth: if no site visit is booked in your first paid month even though Genluno received 20 or more leads for you, your next month is free.

How much does Genluno cost?
Solo ₹2,499/month (Founding 100 price, list ₹2,999), Brokerage ₹4,999/month (Founding 100 price, list ₹6,999) and Growth ₹9,999/month (Founding 100 price, list ₹12,000). Prices shown are final. Genluno is not yet GST-registered, so no GST is added.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. Every new account gets a 5-day free trial that starts instantly when you sign up. No card needed.
What is the difference between the plans?
Every plan includes the full Genluno rep for leads from all 10 supported portals: a WhatsApp first reply in about 60 seconds with your brokerage name, qualification on budget, locality, timeline and buy or rent, three visit slots for the buyer to pick, and an email to you when a visit is booked. All three plans have the same features; only the price differs.
How does billing work?
Plans are paid in advance through Cashfree, one month at a time. Plans don't auto-charge. We remind you before your month ends and you renew in one click.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Since plans don't auto-charge, you simply don't renew, and your plan runs to the end of the period you paid for. If you ask for a refund, we first offer you 15 extra days free.
