Site-visit reminder messages that cut no-shows

By , Founder of Genluno

When should you send site-visit reminders?

Three-step reminder timeline for a property site visit

Send three: a confirmation right after booking, a reminder the day before, and a short message on the morning of the visit. Each restates the time and place and offers an easy way to reschedule.

Confirmation template (right after booking)

Confirmed: {project} site visit on {day} at {time}. Location: {map link}. Reply here if you need to change the time.

Day-before reminder template

Reminder: tomorrow {time} we are visiting {project}. Still on? Reply YES, or tell me a better time and I will move it.

Morning-of message template

Good morning {name}! See you at {time} at {project}. I will be at the gate. Call me if you cannot find it.

Why does the reschedule line matter?

A buyer who cannot make it often just goes silent. Giving them a one-word way to move the slot turns a no-show into a rescheduled visit and tells you who is genuinely interested. For the full approach read booking site visits that actually show up.

Frequently asked questions

How many reminders should I send?

Three: confirmation, day-before and morning-of. More than that starts to feel like nagging.

What should a reminder include?

The date, time, project, a map link, and a simple way to reschedule.

Can Genluno book the site visit for me?

Yes. Genluno offers three visit slots in the WhatsApp chat, books the one the buyer picks, confirms it to the buyer and emails you the booking. It also sends the buyer a reminder the day before. Buyers can't change the time by replying to Genluno's messages yet, so use the templates above from your own number when someone needs to reschedule.
