Step 1
Choose Housing.com as a lead source
In the Genluno dashboard, open Integrations and select Housing.com among your lead sources.
Genluno answers your Housing.com leads on WhatsApp in about 60 seconds: you forward your Housing.com lead emails to your brokerage's Genluno address, and Genluno messages the buyer, qualifies budget, locality and timeline, and books the site visit.
Step 1
In the Genluno dashboard, open Integrations and select Housing.com among your lead sources.
Step 2
Your Genluno dashboard shows your brokerage's unique forwarding address. It looks like leads-a7f3c91b0e42@genluno.xyz. You can add a tag, for example leads-a7f3c91b0e42+housing@genluno.xyz; tagged addresses still reach your brokerage.
Step 3
In the email account where Housing.com lead emails arrive, set a rule that forwards lead emails from housing.com to your Genluno forwarding address. Forward only lead emails, not newsletters or invoices: any forwarded email that looks like a lead can be treated as one. If you forward from Gmail, Gmail's confirmation code shows in your Genluno dashboard, on the Setup and Integrations pages. Genluno never signs in to your mailbox; it only sees the emails you forward.
Step 4
Genluno picks out lead notification emails from housing.com and reads the buyer's name and phone number. When the lead email includes the locality, budget or whether the buyer wants to buy or rent, Genluno's AI uses them and doesn't ask again. If the same buyer enquires again, Genluno skips the later enquiry, so the buyer isn't messaged twice.
Step 5
Within about 60 seconds Genluno messages the buyer on WhatsApp, qualifies budget, locality, timeline and intent, and offers three visit slots from your visit hours; the buyer books one and you get an email. You can follow every conversation in the dashboard.
From the moment the Housing.com lead arrives to a booked site visit, without anyone on your team picking up the phone.

3 · Email alert to the broker

Illustrative example. Names, numbers and messages are fictional.
Housing.com sends a mix of rental and purchase enquiries, and renters usually decide fast — a same-evening reply with a clear next step keeps them from moving to the next listing.
Every hour a paid enquiry waits in an inbox, the buyer is hearing from other brokers. The fix is not more calling hours — it is a useful WhatsApp reply within about a minute, including evenings and weekends.
Housing.com tip: Genluno makes sure it knows whether each Housing.com lead wants to buy or rent, plus budget, locality and timeline, before offering visit slots. It uses what the lead email already says and asks only for the rest.
FAQ
Forward your Housing.com lead emails to your brokerage's Genluno address. In the Genluno dashboard, choose Housing.com as a lead source and copy your forwarding address (it looks like leads-a7f3c91b0e42@genluno.xyz). Then set a rule in the email account that receives Housing.com leads to forward lead emails from housing.com to that address. Genluno reads the buyer's name and phone number from each lead email and messages the buyer on WhatsApp within about 60 seconds. If the same buyer enquires again, Genluno skips the later enquiry, so the buyer isn't messaged twice.
No. You just set a forwarding rule that sends Housing.com lead emails to your brokerage's Genluno forwarding address. Genluno never signs in to your mailbox and only sees the emails you forward. You can add a tag such as +housing to the address; tagged addresses still reach your brokerage.
Yes. Genluno qualifies each lead on buy or rent, budget, locality and timeline. It uses what the lead email already says and asks only for the rest. For renters, the timeline is when they want to move in.
Genluno's first message is a WhatsApp template in English or Hindi, whichever your brokerage chooses, addressed to the buyer by first name and introducing your brokerage by name. Once the buyer replies, Genluno's AI mirrors their language and replies in English, Hindi or Hinglish. It doesn't reply in other regional languages.
No. Genluno messages buyers from its shared WhatsApp Business number, so there's nothing to set up. Your brokerage name appears on the first message.
